Join the holiday fun this Saturday, 3pm – 7pm, in our town center. The Holiday on the Green event offers something for everyone. We, Rest.Stop.Ranch & Memory Café, will be in the Topsfield Plaza, next to Curves, in a dedicated space for non-profits, the “North Pole.” Karl and I will offer our presence at the table for most of this time, to meet and greet our neighbors, and answer any questions folks might have about our mission, in a nutshell: accessible gardens, respite support for care partners, and social inclusion for memory-care individuals, couples, and families!

Wednesday morning, Edith and I met with the Topsfield Parks Staff, Peter, and Laura O’Connor, member of the Holiday on the Green committee, to install our Little Drummer Boy Snowman.

With our snowman design, we hope to:
1 – Honor native world drumming traditions and the eldest form of music (drumming)
2 – Create awareness about our Topsfield Memory Café, now year-round, outdoors (April – October) and indoors (November – March)
3 – Encourage participation in our Drum Circle Memory Café, 12/16, by people of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds

Here’s the invite to the Drum Circle Memory Café (and below).

Help us create Accessible Gardens North of Boston! Please consider a contribution to our cause:

We are aiming to offer bigger and better accessible gardens in 2022. We’ve set up a Go Fund Me Page to assist this goal. Please consider a contribution in any amount. Checks made payable to “MaryMac Missions” will also fund 100% this goal. Simply put “RSR Accessible Gardens” in the Memo Line. Please read the Rest.Stop.Ranch Accessible Gardens Development Portfolio for more information, or contact me!

Moving forward with a listening heart,
vision, inquiry, and action,
~ Mary
