Winter 2018 Programs

Individual Support for Caregivers, age 8-88+
PRIVATE RESPITE RETREAT (2-hours)

At a Time Convenient for You (subject to availability)

Schedule a winter respite getaway! Meet with me, Mary, interfaith chaplain, at the Caretaker’s Cottage, and/or enjoy quiet time outdoors walking the winter gardens and wild woodland. Don’t deprive yourself—schedule time now for self-care!

Group Support for Caregivers, under age 65
Our support groups are now 1 year old. We have space in the groups, and are recruiting caregivers under age 65, caring for loved ones under 65 living with young onset Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) or Frontotemporal Degeneration (FTD).

Topsfield Memory Café, for people with memory loss, and care-partners
Dance with us into the new year! Dance/movement therapy benefits body-mind-heart-spirit, reduces stress, and promotes loving connections.
