Rest.Stop.Ranch Morning Report: Lilacs

I returned last night from my days in Kansas. I enjoyed visiting sister-friends at Mt. St. Scholastica monastery, teaching four “Take Care of Yourself” programs for family and professional caregivers, and participating in two weekend workshops led by Maureen Conroy RSM – “Fully Alive in God! Celebrating our humanness; Nurturing body, mind, and spirit” and “Healing Trauma: The gift of prayer and spiritual direction.”

It will take a few days and weeks to sit with and settle within all that has awakened in awareness.
