For the first time, I’m offering a small group tele-coaching opportunity for caregivers interested in prioritizing their self-care practices. This tele-coaching small group is available to anyone in the country who would like to join us via conference call for four weeks in June. We’ll meet for 60 minutes on Tuesday evenings (limit 6 participants).
