We are passionate about serving people with cognitive and physical challenges, and the people who care for them (unpaid family and professional care-partners). All programs are free-of-charge. Your contribution helps us to cover our costs, and is gratefully accepted.
Memory Café in the Garden, since 2015, April – October, once-a-month, serves people with memory loss, and care-partners. Partially funded by MA Department of Developmental Services (2016-present). Since November 2017, the Memory Café is also offered November – March, indoors, through a partnership with the Topsfield Council on Aging and Topsfield Trinity Church.
Sunday Strolls, since 2013, April – October, once-a-month, serves people using wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers, and care-partners.
Group Support, since 2017, twice-a-month, for care-partners under age 65, caring for a loved one with dementia under age 65.
Individual Support, since 2016, for care-partners of anyone with a chronic illness or disability, age 8-88+, by appointment (spiritual care).
2010 – 2012 Our Early Programs(partially sustained)
Guide Services included listening to and consulting individual caregivers and families living with dementia.
Online Programs included free “Me Moment” podcasts, free whitepapers, and caregiver coaching groups by phone/internet.
