* Sitting or standing, gently stretch your arms and hands out and away from your body center. Inhale.
* As you exhale, relax your stretch. Rest your ams and hands next to you.
* Experiment with a gentle ‘unfolding’ and ‘folding’ motion as you inhale and exhale, matching body breath to your movement.
* Continue this body practice for a minimum of 2 minutes.
* Come to a resting position.
