Action Inquiry

I’m currently reading the book, “Action Inquiry” by Bill Torbert and Associates. So far, it is explaining a process I have felt myself living in the present. As I read it, I notice the parallels between action inquiry (a process of being an aware & active change agent for and within your own life and the groups or organizations to which you belong) and the inquiry of yoga (a body/mind/spirit practice of continual awareness and personal deepening that often creates positive changes within and around the self). The inquiry invitation in both cases feels (and is) so accessible while at the same time the act of participating in the heart of the inquiry is profound and can lead to genuine personal and social change.
